Namita has reportedly entered real estate business. It is heard that she started a real estate firm which has begun operations in Mumbai. Namita and her live-in boyfriend, are living in Navi Mumbai, are jointly operating this business. It has surprised many Bollywood stars, as buying property in Mumbai is no joke. She is believed to be interested in taking up real estate business in Chennai too and later expand. Her boyfriend will be looking after the business so she can focus on her filmi career. Namita is currently doing a Telugu film where she plays a yoga teacher.
